Vintage 1989 ? Rowe Pottery Soup Bowl

Vintage Rowe Pottery Soup Bowl which I believe it says 1989 but not 100% sure. The bowl is about 6 1/4" in diameter at the top center. The bowl is in excellent clean condition with no chips or cracks though for some reason the label on the bottom is faded and hard to see but I believe it says: Rowe Pottery Works - Cambridge Wis - 1989 ?. Please look over all the photos carefully and thank you for looking.
